Tulip Pictures Exploring Mexico's Bermuda Triangle, The Zone of Silence, In SILENCIO

Did you know that Mexico has it’s own “Bermuda Triangle?” An area in Durango where radio signals and calls mysteriously drop or sometimes can’t even be made or found. It’s called The Zone of Silence, and it’s a freaky phenomenon that only measures 50 kilometers long in the Mapimi Biosphere Reserve.

Tulip Pictures is releasing Silencio, a sci-fi thriller from Lorena Villarreal, that looks to explore the legend and have some fun doing so. Check out the trailer, synopsis and poster below and keep your eyes peeled for it hitting select US theaters October 26th of this year!

In order to save her son’s life, Ana must find a powerful stone. Her grandfather originally discovered it in the Zone of Silence, the Bermuda Triangle of Mexico. Throughout her desperate search, Ana stumbles upon family secrets and enemies who believe the stone’s power is worth killing for.
