Universal Shares First Look Of STRANGER THINGS Halloween Horror Nights Maze

Netflix really hit a home run with Stranger Things. Breaking into the pop culture stratosphere with a boom, it has been the catalyst for the string of nostalgic tapping genre affair that is now branching into other genre's (looking at you Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel) and I think it's safe to say that we're all better off for it. Stranger Things, blatantly put, kicks all sorts of ass.

Now this year, Universal Halloween Horror Nights is bringing the amazing series to life in one of their legendary mazes. Universal is well known for their uncanny ability to almost perfectly replicate scenes and set pieces from famous horror movies, series and franchises and it appears it's not different when it comes to Stranger Things, as the pictures and video below teases us in on the Byers family living room, Hawkins lab and the handmade castle of Fort Byers. Check out the photos, video and official announcement below!

Netflix’s Sci-Fi Thriller Comes to Life at “Halloween Horror Nights” Events in Hollywood, Orlando and Singapore Beginning in September

Universal City, CA, September 5, 2018 – Universal Studios reveals first look images from the “Stranger Things” haunted mazes coming to “Halloween Horror Nights” 2018.

For the first time ever, Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Singapore are partnering with Netflix to bring “Stranger Things” to life at their “Halloween Horror Nights" events. Each park will feature its very own maze that will give guests the chance to brave the Upside Down and encounter iconic scenes, characters and environments from season one of the critically-acclaimed series.

The images showcase some of the eerily-authentic environments guests will encounter at “Halloween Horror Nights” 2018 – including the Byers’ living room adorned with an erratic display of flashing Christmas lights, Hawkins National Laboratory in the Upside Down, Will’s makeshift fort called Castle Byers and more.

“Halloween Horror Nights” begins Friday, September 14 in Hollywood and Orlando, and on Thursday, September 27 in Singapore. Tickets and vacation packages are on sale now.
